How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues?  - It show the social group of athletes that they need to be equipped with the proper gear to play well. The product uses conventions by showing how well the athlete plays with the product on. 2. How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text? - We engaged with the audience by symbolizing the audience can be like that too by using the product. It can be distributed as real media text because the end scene has the words Be Better Than Your Excuses.  3. How did your production skills develop throughout this project?  - It taught how to properly capture specific angle while recording. It also allowed me to become familiar with editing. Hey blog I’m back with the unexpected. The group has been in great spirits lately. Our team work is on another level to be honest. It could be better though but at least we have good communication. Our production process is going pretty slow over time. We’ve only filmed one time so far in our process. But today we didn’t do anything. We were kinda lazy with filming today and decided not to. However a couple members had to work. To be honest I feel bad for them because working on a Friday is crazy. The filming we’re trying to get done this weekend. We got to edit the film still. We also have to film the last couple of scenes. This process is not for the weak I can tell you that. It’s going to take some hard-work to finish up this process. We’re going to film the best scenes with few takes. This commercial is going to be great. My group puts the best efforts in when we’re not being lazy. Hey blog I’m back again with some heat. Today I’m going to go over how our production is going. I know me and my group were a little behind with are filming. Now things are running as smooth as can be. We finally started our filming. It’s funny though because we randomly decided to do it. It just so happened that we were all able to film. We didn’t really have any obstacles either. We were a little worried about the weather but it was fine. So basically we all walked to the park after school which wasn’t too far. That walk was hilarious, the whole time we were joking around. We were having so much fun. When we got to the park we procrastinated a little bit. We started playing basketball instead of filming. After that we decided to setup for our filming. We made sure our costumes were ready and ok. We also got the props ready too. We started filming some of are scenes. This is because we started messing up a lot towards the last couple of scenes. Also some of us had to go home. Overall

  Hey blog i’m back again. My group hasn’t started the production process yet. We may be a little behind with our film. We haven’t been able to meet to film. A lot of us have been busy with other events. It’s also hard to get together since we all live so far from one another. We were out for majority of last week due to the hurricane that passed. This was also an obstacle due to the amount of rain there was. Another obstacle has been the jewish holidays. These holidays have been the reason for missing multiple days of school. We are on track to being able to execute our filming plans. All my group needs to do is record the film. We’ve decided to at least set everything else up. We decided to film this weekend. We chose this weekend because majority of us are free. We have been really slacking lately but it’s ok. I have faith that my my group will be just fine.   Scene 1 The first scene will show the actor playing bad on the basketball court. This is because the shoes he has aren’t good. This will be a wide shot to establish the scene of the court. Scene 2 The second scene will show the actor receiving the new nike shoes. This will be a medium shot to show the actor opening the shoe box. Then it will show the actor holding the shoes and capture some emotion.  Scene 3  This scene will show the actor tying his new shoes. It will be an extreme closeup to show off the swoosh on the shoes. The close up will also show the actors change in emotion. We’ll also use hype music to change the mood. scene 4 This scene will show the actor playing good against the opponent with his new shoes. This scene will be a tracking shot to emphasize how well the actor is performing. The hype music will keep playing to keep the mood. Scene 5  This scene is the the actor dunking on the opponent.   Hey blog I’m back again. Today we’ll be discussing our plans for the commercial. Props Since my group chose a nike sneaker the sneaker will be our main prop. Another prop we’ll use is a basketball. We chose to display the product using the sport basketball. Costume  Our costume will consist of athletic apparel. We’ll use a nike sports shirt and shorts. Everything that we would wear would be nike clothing. The most important part of the costume would be the product. Which would be the sneakers. Schedule  9/27/22    group will figure out props. 9/29/22 my group will design our story board. 10/8/22 my group will start the filming process. 10/9/22 we will add any missing pieces of film. Set Our filming will take place at the basketball court next to the school. We decided to film there because it is a very quiet park.
