Hey blog I’m back again with some knowledge.  Today we’ll be breaking down Nike commercials. Many Nike commercials use athletics to help display their products. They put the products on the actor in the commercial and have them participate in physical activities. Nike also likes to promote other products such as balls and water bottles while the actor works out. The costumes consist of Nike clothing, shoes, and accessories. Most of the time the actors have sweat on them to give off a hard working effect. Nike also uses fit actors to make it seem like you can be like them with their products. Nike likes to use famous athletes in there commercials too. They use this as a form of ethos to persuade their customers. They use it to try to show that only the best athletes wear nike. Nike also uses these athletes to create role models for kids to persuade them. Nike will also appeal to people’s emotions by implementing messages into the commercial. Some examples of that are messages to empower people to workout This is to cause and convince customers to take action. They also tend to use celebrities that aren’t athletic to show that if they wear Nike their fans will also want to. This also shows that everyone wears Nike. Nike always makes sure to include their signature swoosh. Their most famous slogan ‘Just Do It’ is also always included. Nike also make sure that every product has the logo showing in the commercials. Nike uses a lot of techniques in their commercials to effectively persuade the customers. Nike 'Just Do It' Slogan Inspired by Utah Spree Killer Gary Gilmore
